Producers Hybrids has combined two very important economic traits together in one plant. Producers Hybrids NRR soybeans provide protection against Soybean Cyst Nematode by being resistant to race 3 and race 14. The Soybean Cyst Nematode has potential to become an important economic pest in many soybean-growing regions giving rise for the need of a cyst resistance variety. Along with having resistance to the soybean Cyst Nematode, these varieties also contains the Roundup Ready® gene. When trying to minimize the impact of Cyst Nematode, we recommend using an integrated plan of combining cultural practices such as crop rotation to a nonghosted crop, farming practices that reduce crop stress, clean off tillage equipment to reduce spreading, harvesting infested fields last, and of course, planting Producers Hybrids Cyst Nematode soybeans.
